Maria Belen is an Ecuadorian business engineer, certified coach, wife, and mother of an 8-year-old Boston terrier.

She began her professional life after finishing her 4-year bachelor's degree in 2014, graduating as an engineer in international business.

During her university studies, she was able to represent the university at international fairs and study for a semester in France. It was there that she better understood how business works from a global perspective.

In 2021, post-pandemic, Belen decided to embark on the digital world, through her online training business. At the moment, the program has a base of +380 clients in +12 countries.

Belen is passionate about digital marketing, business strategy, advertising, and sales with a creative and disruptive approach.

In 2021, she decided to embark on an adventure with her husband and dog, by moving to Canada. She studied a professional administrative program at NBCC Saint John, the city that is her new home.

Currently, Belen joins the ICS team as an Agency Coordinator to contribute with her knowledge, enthusiasm and experience.
