Andrew
Holmes

Andrew hails from Saint John, New Brunswick, where he was born and raised. In 2012, he excelled academically, graduating at the top of his class from NBCC's business program, specializing in consumer behaviour, sales, and marketing.

His career journey began in customer service and sales roles at renowned companies like Gillette Razors, Xerox, and Pattison Outdoor. Andrew received world-class sales training during this time, earning accolades like the National Top Salesman at Gillette and Runner-Up in New Business Development at Pattison Outdoor.

Since 2017, Andrew has shared his sales and marketing expertise with ICS clients. He also has run two small businesses—a vending machine company and an apparel/content venture (which has helped him to better understand the challenges of his entrepreneurial clients). Beyond work, he's an active volunteer, contributing to organizations like Junior Achievement of Canada, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Memorial Cup and P.R.O Kids. He's chaired the Saint John Region Chamber Outstanding Business Awards banquet and served as President of the Saint John 8 Ball League.

As a speaker, Andrew has addressed the Eastern College graduating class and captivated an audience of over 5,000 youth at Canada's largest one-day youth conference. Andrew and his family reside in Quispamsis, where he enjoys life with his wife and two children.
