The Saint John Human Development Council came to us with one task: help them find their voice.
We put our heads together with their internal team and tackled this by assessing what kind of information they put out there, what kind of services they offer, and what their goals as a non-profit are. Once we laid out those items, the information architecture designed itself.

Our Process
We started by working with HDC to resolve exactly what they do, and what their capabilities were in terms of website management. Once we understood where their traffic came from and what information they most needed to highlight, we created a flexible, ever-changing homepage that allows them to highlight whatever is going on at the moment.

We also took a look at their logo and other branded assets. The plan was to keep the look for the sake of continuity, but to brighten it up and make sure it remains impactful in the modern, digital age.
