Originally from Brazil, Damaris earned her Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing in 2014. She's a seasoned professional with experience in various industries, from creative agencies to retail to financial institutions. But her heart truly belongs to the marketing world.In 2018, Damaris and her husband made an exciting move to Canada in search of new opportunities. During this time, she pursued further education and successfully obtained an Administrative Professional certificate. With a mix of marketing and administrative skills, Damaris jumped back into the marketing field at ICS as an Agency Coordinator after taking a break.

Currently, Damaris is the Marketing Project Manager at ICS, where she handles projects for several companies, including Procedure Flow, Wasted Day, Alberta Business Grants, Key Industries, Smoke & Vape Free NB, and more. She's the go-to person between the clients and the ICS team, making sure everything runs smoothly.

Outside of work, Damaris enjoys leading worship at her church, pursuing her passion for photography as a side gig, and spending quality time with her husband and their three sassy cats, Hazel, Hunter, and Gus.
