Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation

Our Task

The Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation came to us with a lot of footwork already done. They understood their content, their target audience, and the needs filled by their marketing strategy, but they needed a capable team to build them a website to represent the work they'd already put in.

By taking the time to understand their goals and needs, we were able to design and rewrite their website content, creating better ways for users to access the information they came to the website to find.

Our Process

Collaboration was key to this project's success!

First, we collaborated internally by tag teaming the design and content creation process, creating wireframes and page flows to better understand The Foundation's user base.

Second, we collaborated with The Foundation's marketing team, using shared online documents and  Slack to talk through each portion of the site.

Reaching Donors through video

ICS was tasked with producing a promotional video for a special event intended for the Foundation's donors and collaborators. We helped celebrate the influence of their donations in the community, which was highlighted in the Foundations's 2022-2023 Annual Report.
