The home to multiple bars, restaurants, and shops, Market Square has a responsibility to promote their tenants. This is where we came in! OUR PROCESS
Before we started, Market Square was unclear about how to get their message across about their tenants. We created a system to pool all of their resources and create a home base for all of their content. Since we can't manage it all we used a coaching approach to not only manage what we can as an agency but provide the organization with the tools and knowledge to co-manage with us - team work!
