Our Process
We try to find a solution for each of Munro's marketing conundrums. We design custom print materials; create temporary & permanent signage; come up with unique interior wall designs; shoot showroom, product & staff photography; and craft advertising campaigns for both digital & offline worlds that go hand-in-hand to get new and old customers in their store!

Before coming to ICS, Munro's had no digital presence to speak of. This, combined with a hard-to-find physical location, had Munro's clientele shrinking instead of growing.
Through designing two generations of websites to be responsive and mobile-friendly, enabling e-commerce sales, and creating a local buzz on social media with contests and giveaways, we've made sure Munro's is on the map (and now they're even more visible in their new location on Rothesay Avenue).
